This sushi restaurant has been constructed from bamboo and the wood of a 400 year old sacred tree, and also includes them in its interior design to make a unique warm atmosphere. Main dishes include fresh regional fish including fish from Tsukiji, and their are numerous seasonal vegetable side dishes as well. Recommended menus are the lightly seared, bluefin tuna fatty collar sashimi and bluefin tuna cheek meat grilled with salt and pepper.
